Matthew L. Latey is a seasoned clinical research and life sciences executive with more than twenty-five years of leadership experience spanning biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, research, and clinical development services.  He has held senior executive roles across global organizations, leading complex, regulated programs that support the development, approval, and delivery of innovative products in drug development.  Known for combining strategic vision with operational rigor, Mr. Latey has built and led high‑performing teams, overseen large‑scale clinical and development operations, and driven quality‑focused, results‑oriented execution in highly regulated environments.  As Chief Executive Officer of SciLucent, he brings deep expertise in regulatory strategy, clinical development, and organizational leadership, with a consistent focus on accelerating innovation, ensuring scientific integrity, and delivering meaningful value to biotech and pharmaceutical companies and patients alike.  Matt has a B.S. in Zoology from Brigham Young University.
